The WorKit Job Language Kit for Migrants is applied in a training for labour market orientation for migrants organized by an associated partner of the project – IVC Den Helder, the Netherlands. Representatives of this organization took part in the WorKit Final Conference, held on 7th June 2017 in Rotterdam, got acquainted with the project products and were provided with the WorKit materials. The participants in the training responded very enthusiastically on the materials and found them useful and easy-to-use.
The final partner meeting took place on 7th June 2017 in Rotterdam at the premises of project partner Dona Daria. Representatives of the Dutch National Agency Erasmus+ were present at the meeting. The partners discussed the activities till the end of the project and got prepared for holding the final conference in the afternoon.
On May 23rd 2017 Workit project aims and products were presented during the conference ‘Immigrazione et integrazione’ in Madrid by Dona Daria.
On February 27th and 28th 2017 a partner meeting was held in Sofia, Bulgaria. The partners finalized the WorKit Job Language Kit and planned the training workshops and exploitation seminars in partner countries.
WorKit project was presented during a meeting with 20 migrants of different associations in the office of an NGO called FIADELSO, in Valencia.
The partners discussed the concept of the language materials and held workshops on the language content and scenarios of the WorKit Textbook, Phrase Fan and Route Map.
The WorKit project ideas and activities were presented to the members of the EURORESO International Association during the General Assembly on March 1st 2016 in Napels, Italy.
On Monday, 18th of January 2016 EURORESO held a meeting with 11 migrant organisations belonging to the Intercultural Platform and introduced the WorKit project. There were 26 people present, originally coming from Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Uruguay, Cameroon, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon and Romania.
WorKit project was presented to American students who visited Dona Daria on 15th January 2016. This visit was initiated by CIEE Study Abroad (Erasmus University) to promote knowledge exchange between Dutch and American students. The project was also presented during the New Year’s reception of Dona Daria.
